Heather joined our team in August 2014. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Louisiana State University in 2010. She has worked as a Dental Hygienist in our office for the last four years and was promoted to Clinic Administrator in January 2019. Heather values great customer service and works with her team to achieve a positive experience with all patients. She feels fortunate to be part of such a wonderful team that offers exceptional, ethical, and high-tech comprehensive care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and physical fitness. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart and they have two beautiful children.
Myra has more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She and her husband have been married over 27 years and are blessed to have a beautiful daughter working on her Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Louisiana.
Myra prides herself on making her patients feel comfortable and welcome. She says, “Come in and let us pamper you, down to the warm lavender towel at the end of your visit!”
Pamela has lived and worked in Broussard her entire life and she says, “I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.” She began her dentistry career in 1980 and started working for Dr. Darr in 2002. She considers it “a blessing to have found her job and work for such a wonderful dentist and friend.”
Pamela has four grown children and three grandchildren she loves dearly. She loves spending time with family and friends, camping, and “taking Sunday drives to nowhere.” Pamela has attended many seminars and training classes in her long dental career and loves continuing to learn new skills today!
Rochelle grew up in Cankton, Louisiana. She served in the Army National Guard as an aspiring drill sergeant for two years but was medically discharged. Once she left the military, she returned to her first passion—dentistry. Rochelle became a Dental Assistant in 2008 and earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Certification in 2009. Rochelle’s hobbies include anything in the outdoors. She says, “Tent camping is my happy place.” She enjoys riding four-wheelers with friends and family. To stay healthy, she participates in Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, and other races that include obstacle courses.
Rochelle is very energetic and has a contagious smile. She loves to share her compassionate nature with her patients and make them laugh.
Tori became a Dental Assistant in 2012 and earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Certification in 2013. Tori has been a part of our team since May of 2017, and she feels very blessed to be part of a caring, passionate, and dedicated team. Helping others feel comfortable and relaxed is what she enjoys most about working in the field of dentistry.
Outside of work, Tori loves spending time with her son Rone, family, and friends.
Courtney received her Dental Hygiene degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. She began working with Dr. Darr and his team in 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, fishing, spending time with her family and her two fur kids, Molly and Sophie.
Courtney’s favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible.
Heather received her Dental Hygiene degree from Laramie County College in 1999 and has been working with Dr. Darr for 13+ years. Her three children are the love of her life, and she spends all her spare time with them.
Heather’s favorite part of her job is listening to and getting to know her patients. She works with them to overcome their dental fears so future visits can become a more pleasant experience. Building patient relationships and being in touch with their dental likes and dislikes is very important to her. Heather strives to have her patients leave the office feeling their visit was both pleasant and comfortable.
The state Department of Health has issued an order to all Dentists to cancel all routine, non-essential dental procedures until April 16th.
